Yet another...

The semester is rapidly coming to a close. Seems like yesterday I was writing my first Notebook entry. Speaking of yesterday's notebook entry... I completely forgot about it. Life interrupted, but I think that I have done enough extra stuff over the course of the semester to cover it. I'm working on getting two more writing classes over the summer. Registration is happening as we speak and I can't get a frigging advisor meeting until Thursday. And to cap it off, Fri is advanced registration for Fall 2006. I can't get my status upgraded to Junior until this Fall so that makes me a Sophomore for 3 semester or some shit like that.

Things have also shifted into idle on a couple of web sites that I have been working on. Seems we can get all the software to do what we want it to do. Oh, well, it'll get done or it won't. The gaming front is coming along rather well however.

New for the 360 this week is Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. Hopefully it will be a welcome break from GRAW and all the Sharpshooter matches and non-tactic assheads that dominate the game. It's a shame that everyone is waiting for the release of Rainbow 6: Vegas in the fall, and having to feed that craving with games that will never get played after its release.

I have to plug a couple of websites this time. They are sites that I have been a member of for a very long time.

AGE a great site that is composed of mostly over age 30 gamers.

XBOX Users Group Great group who started as an XBOX news site called XLN a couple of years ago. I was pretty involved with them in the past before I had to get out of gaming and the Internet altogether because of no connection (read poor).

I may be writing for the AGE blog and new site when it comes about. Sharky has many interested so there should be quite a few posts a day there.

Anywho, that's about it at the Select-o-Matic, at least for today.
